$100 booking fee (non-refundable) locks in your date, and it comes straight off your final balance.
If we run over on the day, extra time is charged at your booked hourly rate in half-hour blocks. I’ll always check with you before we keep going, so nothing lands on your invoice as a surprise.
Travel included everywhere in Wyndham: Point Cook, Werribee, Tarneit, Hoppers Crossing, Williams Landing, Wyndham Vale. Beyond that it is $50 up to 40km from Point Cook, $100 from 40 to 55km and $150 from 55 to 80km. Further out I’ll quote before you book.
Your gallery lands in 2 to 3 weeks, fully edited, with a little 48-hour sneak peek to tide you over.
Private online gallery, password-protected, that stays online for 12 months so the grandparents can download at their own pace.
The balance is due before gallery delivery. Bank transfer or card, whatever suits.
Cancellations: reschedule with notice at no cost. If you cancel outright the $100 booking fee is kept, but nothing more.
Edited images only. You get finished high-res photos with a full print release. I don't release RAW files.
Drone photography on request for outdoor celebrations and big family functions, where the site and the weather allow. I am a CASA-accredited drone operator (commercial), so the flying is covered properly. Ask when you enquire and I will tell you if your spot works.
Working with Children Check held and current. Happy to show it on the day.
Public liability insured, so venues that ask for a certificate are covered.
